Set Goals to Lose
Weight
In the world of weight loss it’s one
thing to actually change your eating habits, but
unfortunately the bad habits will creep back in unless
you set goals to lose weight and
have great motivation.
It is very much a mindset.
So often you have
been on the treadmill, maybe losing a bit of weight, then
falling back into the same habits and – voila – you’re
back where you started from and then
some.
Without you even knowing it, your mind
is overtaken by self doubt, negative energy and your
deepest fears, judgments and reservations about what you
deserve and can expect are just nibbling away at your
life. The future doesn’t seem to be bright at
all.
It keeps you in
the shadows of who you really could be.
Set Goals To Lose Weight
Now
So what is so important about goal
setting?
Well to begin with it is like a road
map.
Having a clear idea
of what you want and when you want it is the beginning of
where you want to be in the
future.
Most people never achieve their goals
because they are not specific enough. This is hugely important, because no
matter how “together” you may think you are if you don’t
know exactly where you want to be you won’t achieve the
success you crave.
The Goals And
Motivation Review
Life can be very difficult sometimes,
filled with disappointments and hard times, so you need
to have a strategy to redirect your energies, clarify
your focus and free yourself up to attain outcome you
want.
The more empowered and confident you
feel the faster you will move towards your goal and the
more you will increase your self
esteem.
You need to get onto the path to a
meaningful and rewarding life as quickly, easily and
effectively as you can.
So the first thing you need to do is
write down what you what to achieve.
Easier said than done
sometimes.
This process can
sometimes take a bit of time.
You need to really
clarify in absolute detail exactly what you
want.
How much weight do you want to
lose? What
clothing size do you want to be? How about your health?
How about your
fitness? You
need to look at your confidence level. How do you want to
be viewed? What sort of public image do you
want? How
about the impact on those closest to
you?
Start asking yourself questions on what
you really want and take the time to write all these
thoughts down.
Once you have all your ideas then you
can begin to formulate the plan.
You need to not only be able to read
this, you need to be able to “see” your life “feel” it
and, most importantly, “believe” it one hundred and ten
percent.
You will be surprised that once you
totally commit to your future life your self esteem will
begin to mend itself – as if by
magic.

you to achieve your goals. If you are wanting help,
